Yes, we are still here!

I normally prefer to blog in chronological order, but since it's been so long and we have done so much, I'm just gonna start with yesterday and maybe I'll go backwards to cover everything else!

So yesterday we heard Isaac crying.  Not a big deal as we hear that several times a day for various non-serious issues.  This time, however, there was a real reason, and it was bad.  The boys had been outside for about 10 minutes.  Harrison had climbed onto the patio table to open the umbrella.  Isaac, in his typical "anything you can do, I can do better" attitude, attempted to follow him up.  Unfortunately that didn't go so well for him.  He fell backwards and whacked his head.  When he got to us there was blood down his neck and a definite ER-worthy injury.  Lige scooped him up and off they went.  Half an hour later he comes home like this:

Yep, TWO STAPLES.  No numbing.  He was as brave as an almost three year old can be when faced with a doctor wielding a staple gun.  He recovered quickly when presented with a toy car and candy from they nurses. :)  Oh, a life with boys will always keep you on your toes!
