Dress up- Boy style

For some weird reason, I didn't know that boys would love to play dress up. I was girl who dressed up (still like to!), with a sister who dressed up, with 2 daughters who dressed up. Imagine my surprise when my adorable son came down the hall in a tutu and tap shoes quite excited and pleased with himself!

Imagination is a wonderful developmental milestone, and what better way to foster it than with dress up clothes- even for boys! I knew once Lige saw Harrison decked out in dresses and necklaces and mommy's shoes, something would have to change! Thanks so some sweet friends, Harrison now has BOY DRESS-UP CLOTHES! And he loves them. He wore this football outfit all day-even to the store with daddy and nanny! That was last weekend. He's wearing it again today...with his black church shoes on the wrong feet-which he put on all by himself!

Another funny Harrison moment happened a couple of days ago. He wanted to go outside, so I told him to go get shoes. He went into his room, stood in front of his shoes and actually said, "Hmm...Let's see..." and finally settled on his velcro tennis shoes!
And what would a post be without some little tidbit about Isaac! I'll keep this one Harrison-related as well. Isaac is doing great and likes to be held. When Anlynn decides to share him, Harrison likes to hold him. When he wants to hold Isaac, he'll either say, "My turn," or "Me hold It." (Yes, "IT", not brother or Isaac!)
