I asked Lige to take some "38 weeks pregnant" pictures, and the funny man took these lovely head shots! Not exactly what I was looking for, but he loves to do this to me!

Finally, he did get some shots that were more of what I was looking for...except I was MUCH bigger than I expected!

Here's one of me from the front...looking a little wide, but not too terrible. And yes, I was in process of doing the Model's hair-flip for this pose!

But be careful as you look at this next one! Look at the size of that side-profile belly!

There's no place for this kid to go but OUT! And we hope it's soon!

My doctor's appointment last week went well. I've lost half a pound, which sure feels better than gaining 4 pounds (like I did the week before). Your belly is supposed to measure roughly how many weeks pregant you are. FOr example, most people at 38 weeks pregnant will measure 38cms. In my case, though, I was 38 weeks pregnant measuring 42cms! There is no doubt in my mind that we are having a HORSE! We are praying that my body continues to prepare itself for labor, whenever and however that will take place. I am really praying that if I cannot on into labor on my own, that it will only take 1 induction to birth this baby. Three inductions and being sent home in between is no fun! I'd appreciate your prayers as we count down the last days of this pregnancy!

And now we're off to the park. I get to walk and the kids get to play: a win-win!
