Amana had her first slumber party this past Friday. It seems a bit young to me, but she did great! No late night, come-rescue-me calls. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't think of us at all! Fortunately, she's had lots of "Jammie Party" practice thanks to Granny and Papa Ricky.The party didn't start until six, but Amana was loaded and ready to go by four in the afternoon! I think she took enough to stay a week!
The girls had pizza, colored, played together, dressed up for Kariokee, and stayed up till 11:30 talking and giggling! For breakfast the next morning, Amana enjoyed pancakes with whipped cream and sprinkles! A fun and delicious way to top off a great experience!
Lige and I took Anlynn and Harrison to Pizza Hut that night. Then we came home, put Harrison to bed and played games with Anlynn. She really loved some special 2 on 1 time with mom and dad. And we loved that time with her!

Gee, I am a little slow...when you told me on the phone she was doing this, I thought you meant she was the one having the sleep-over at your house. When I asked what you were doing for supper and you didn't know yet, I was so surprised that you didn't have it all planned out! It took me a minute looking over the pictures to "get it"!
