Wild Man Turns Four!

It's already been a few weeks, but here I am, finally posting about Isaac's birthday.  This wild, happy, little spit-fire is four years old already!  He was pretty excited about his birthday, especially since he had to wait so long for HIS birthday.  If you remember back to this spring when the three big kids had their birthdays, it was so hard for his little three-year-old self to understand why he had to wait For-ev-ver for his birthday!  The only thing that appeased him in his waiting was the knowledge that his birthday was NEXT.  :)

This is the cutest "worker guy" I know, and I just adore him! He begged and begged to get "working pants" just like his Daddy's so they could do work together.  :)  Almost everyday he asks Lige if they are going to get to do some work.  He likes helping tune up the mowers, working on the cars, and cleaning out the garages.  You know, "worker guy stuff".
I decided not to go all-out for his cake this year.  He asked for chocolate with sprinkles and that's what he got!
Isaac's birthday fell on youth group night, so we took his cake to youth and had the students sing to him.  He giggled the happiest, silliest, heart-warmiest laugh ever.  He was so happy.  :)
What a kid!  Isaac is wild.  He is fiery.  He is extremes.  He plays hard, laughs hard, fights hard, and sleeps hard.  He cracks us up with his four year old antics.  He is constantly saying or doing something so funny.  Of all the kids, he is the hardest to keep a straight face when disciplining because he is so hilarious!  I love the way correlates things...hard to explain on a blog post, but he often sees correlations between things that many adults fail to notice.  He is a big thinker and "gets" so much about the world already.  I am excited to see how God uses these unique abilities.  :)  Happy Birthday, Buddy!  We love you!
