Isaac Boy Turns Three

It was a very Race Car birthday for Isaac this year.  Leading up to the big day, if you asked him what he wanted he always said enthusiastically, "A RACE CAR!" That went for the cake too, so what was a good mommy to do?  Make a race care cake, of course! 

 The 3 big kids each got to pick out their own gift for Isaac- $5 or less.  Harrison picked these cool walkie-talkies.  He needed about 4 seconds to make that decision and then he never wavered.  The girls, however, had to look at each and every possibility more than once before they chose a racing set and a Chuck Truck coloring book.

Three things to remember about Isaac at 3:

1.  Isaac often comes up to me and says out of no where, "Mom...You're cute."

2.  Isaac is a chow-hound.  The kid loves snacks and has taken to helping himself to food all day long.

3.  Isaac is full of giggles, orneriness, and fire. And we love it all...usually.  :)
